Garlic – Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

4 Large boneless/skinless chicken breasts

1 C. finely sliced red onion

2 Tablespoons minced garlic

1 Tablespoon dried thyme

1 Tablespoon dried rosemary

2 Tablespoons minced/peeled ginger

1/4 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. fresh orange juice

1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large plastic bag until the chicken is fully coated.  marinate overnight.  This chicken tastes best grilled.
